Terms & Conditions – Beyond Horizons (UK)

1. Booking & Deposit

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £1,000 is required. This secures your place on the selected ash scattering trip and allows us to begin preparations, including travel arrangements and ceremony planning.

2. Payment Schedule

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the planned departure date.

Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of the deposit.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

If you cancel your booking after full payment but before the 30-day deadline, a partial refund may be considered depending on unrecoverable costs.

If Beyond Horizons must cancel due to external circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, travel restrictions, or safety concerns), you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a partial refund where possible.

4. Client Responsibilities

By submitting ashes to Beyond Horizons, you confirm that you have the legal right and consent to do so on behalf of the deceased’s family or estate.

All information provided must be accurate, and any tribute content submitted must be appropriate.

5. Video & Keepsake Delivery

If a video tribute is included in your package, it will be delivered via secure digital link (e.g. Google Drive or WeTransfer).

Optional USB keepsakes will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

6. Travel & Scattering Conditions

Ceremonies are conducted in natural outdoor settings and may be subject to change due to weather, terrain, or safety concerns.

While every effort is made to meet the client’s location wishes, Beyond Horizons reserves the right to adjust the final scattering location if necessary.
